WMS 360 provides a cloud-based Warehouse Management System and multichannel selling platform. We allow users to manage inventory, process orders, and integrate with various marketplaces like eBay, Shopify, and Amazon.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. WMS 360 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Access to certain features of WMS 360 requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice to you.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Combosoft Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Combosoft Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

WMS 360 integrates with third-party marketplaces. We are not responsible for any changes, downtime, or account issues related to these third-party platforms (e.g., eBay account suspensions or Amazon API changes).

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
