A Catalogue is the central product record in WMS360. Every physical product you sell, store, or ship must first exist as a Catalogue entry before it can receive stock, be listed on a sales channel, or appear in an order.
Catalogue entries are managed under the Catalogue section of the sidebar, which contains:
Each product record is organised across eight tabs:
| Tab | Purpose | |-----|---------| | Basic Info | Product Name, SKU, EAN No | | Pricing | Cost Price, Sale Price, RRP | | Images | Product image uploads | | Description | Rich-text product description | | Variations | Size, Colour, and other attribute combinations | | Categorization | Product category assignment | | Channels | Which sales channels the product is listed on | | SEO | Meta Title, Meta Description |
A single Catalogue entry can have multiple variations (e.g. Size: S, M, L, XL, 2XL; Colour: Black). Each variation gets its own SKU, EAN, pricing, and stock level.
Open Catalogue > Active Catalogue, then click a product to reach the product view page. From here you can:
Use the Bulk Catalogue Create by CSV button on the Add Catalogue page to import multiple products at once.
