Frequently asked questions about WMS360. Covers channels, stock sync, mobile app, 3PL, imports, returns, and more.
Active Catalogue contains products that are live and can receive stock, be listed on channels, and appear in orders. Pending Catalogue contains products that have been created but are awaiting review or activation.
Go to Catalogue > Add Catalogue. Fill in the eight-tab form (Basic Info, Pricing, Images, Description, Variations, Categorization, Channels, SEO) and save. For multiple products at once, use the Bulk Catalogue Create by CSV button.
Open the product in Catalogue > Active Catalogue, locate the variation in the variation table, open the Manage dropdown, and select Invoice. Fill in the Product Receive Invoice form and submit. The stock will appear in Inventory > Awaiting Shelving.
Stock does not become available until it has been physically shelved. A shelver must complete the shelving step in Inventory > Awaiting Shelving before the units count as available.
Go to Channels > available-channel and toggle on the desired channel. Supported channels include eBay, Shopify, OnBuy, Amazon, Wowcher, and Fruugo.
Go to Customer Service > return-requests. From there you can review return requests, approve or reject them, mark items as received, print return labels, and send messages to customers.
Open the product view page, find the variation, open the Manage dropdown, and select Declare Defect. Defects can also be reviewed in bulk under Inventory > Defect Management.
Go to Inventory > Stock Transfers and click Add Transfer. See the Stock Transfer Between Warehouses article for full steps.
