What is an eBay listing profile?

A profile is a reusable template that stores your eBay listing settings — account, site, category, condition, policies, shipping, and more. When you list a product, select a profile and all settings are pre-filled.

Can I have multiple profiles?

Yes. You can create as many profiles as you need. For example, one for "Mens Trainers NWT UK", another for "Women's Dresses Used UK", and another for "Electronics US".

Can I use different eBay accounts?

Yes. Each profile is linked to a specific eBay account and site. If you have multiple eBay accounts, create separate profiles for each.

What happens if I change my eBay policies?

Profiles reference your eBay business policies by ID. If you update a policy on eBay (e.g., change return window from 30 to 60 days), existing profiles will use the updated policy automatically. You don't need to edit the profile.

Can I duplicate a profile?

Yes. On the Profile list page, click the duplicate button on any existing profile. This creates a copy that you can rename and modify.

What is the Secondary Category?

eBay allows listing products in two categories for extra visibility. The secondary category is optional but may incur additional eBay listing fees.

What are Shop Categories?

Shop categories organise products within your eBay store (not the main eBay marketplace categories). They help buyers browse your store by brand, type, or department.

What does Gallery Plus do?

Gallery Plus displays a larger photo of your product in eBay search results. This can increase click-through rates but may incur additional fees from eBay.

What templates are available?

WMS360 includes several eBay listing templates that control the visual layout of your product description page on eBay. Templates available include Modern Minimal, G5 Apparel, TBO Professional, and Default Template.

How do I edit a profile?

On the Profile list page, click the edit button next to any profile. The same dialog opens with all fields pre-filled for editing.

What is Dispatch Time?

Dispatch Time tells eBay how quickly you will ship the item after a sale. Options include "Same Business Day", "1 Business Day", "2 Business Days", etc. Setting this accurately helps maintain your seller performance metrics.

Can I set different profiles for different eBay sites?

Yes. Each profile targets a specific eBay site (UK, US, DE, AU, etc.). Create separate profiles for each marketplace you sell on.
