Step-by-step guide to creating a multi-product bundle in WMS360. Combine separate SKUs like a hoodie and jogger into a single tracksuit listing with automatic stock calculation.
Go to Catalogue > open the catalogue containing your bundle variation > click Manage on the bundle row > select Configure Bundle > search and add component SKUs.
A multi-product bundle combines separate products into a single sellable item. For example, a Hoodie + Jogger sold together as a "Full Tracksuit". Customers buy one listing and receive multiple products.
The bundle variation must already exist as a variation in your catalogue before you can configure it. You do not create stock for the bundle — WMS360 calculates it automatically from the component stock levels.
If you haven't already, add a variation to your catalogue for the bundle product. For example, add "Full Tracksuit" as a variation alongside "Hoodie" and "Jogger". The bundle variation should have zero stock — you will never receive stock directly onto it.
In the Configure Bundle modal:
For a tracksuit bundle, you would add the Hoodie SKU and the Jogger SKU.
The Calculated Bundle Stock updates in real time as you add components. It shows how many complete bundles can be assembled from your current component stock.
The formula is: Bundle Stock = min(Component Stock ÷ Quantity) for all components.
Example: 18 Hoodies (qty 1) and 24 Joggers (qty 1) → min(18, 24) = 18 bundles available.
Click Save Configuration. A success message confirms the bundle is set up. The bundle variation now shows its calculated stock on the catalogue page with a BUNDLE badge.
